MetaCards is a phygital Metaphorical Associative Cards (MAC) deck application that provides:

• Access to a digital card deck with AR features
• AI-powered coaching and insights
• Personal reflection and diary tools
• Educational content about self-knowledge and psychology

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of MetaCards, you agree to:

• Use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Not use the application for illegal or harmful purposes

All content, features, and functionality of the MetaCards application, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, card designs, and software, are the exclusive property of MetaCards and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Physical and Digital Cards

MetaCards offers both physical card decks and digital access. Purchase of physical cards includes access to digital features. The digital application is available separately via the App Store.

6. Subscription and Purchases

MetaCards may offer:

• One-time purchases for premium features
• Subscription-based services
• In-app purchases through Apple App Store

All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

MetaCards is designed for self-reflection and personal growth purposes. It is not intended to replace professional psychological or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

MetaCards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application, if any.
